Our Financial Structure
WellSpring Rescue Village operates as two distinct but united entities, working together across continents to fulfill one mission.
In the United States, WellSpring is a registered nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of New Jersey. Its primary purpose is to raise financial support for the work taking place on the ground in Zambia. We are currently in the process of securing our 501(c)(3) status from the IRS. According to IRS Publication 557, once approved, our exemption will be retroactive to our incorporation date of December 11, 2023 — meaning that donations made to WellSpring may be tax-deductible. For any questions or confirmation regarding tax exemption, we welcome you to contact us directly.
WellSpring Zambia is a fully registered NGO (Non-Governmental Organization), recognized and authorized by the Zambian Ministry of Social Welfare. This local status enables WellSpring to receive in-country support from local businesses, churches, and community partners — including donations of food, materials, and even land for farming initiatives.
Together, these two branches of WellSpring ensure both international accountability and local sustainability, rooted in transparency and committed to transformation.

Impacting A Life
Zambia is currently experiencing significant inflation, which continues to impact the daily cost of living — including food, education, and healthcare for the children we serve. Despite these challenges, WellSpring remains committed to providing stable, holistic care for every child in our program.
Through faithful stewardship and local partnerships, we are able to meet each child’s essential needs for just $150 per month. This monthly cost covers everything from nutritious meals and clothing to education, medical care, and loving mentorship.
Below is a breakdown of what’s included in that monthly support — a small amount with life-changing impact.
